Al Saran Global (trading name of ALSARANGLOBAL LIMITED, company number 16716108, incorporated 15 September 2025) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. 2. What data we collect

• Consultation bookings: your name, email, phone number, selected package, preferred date and time, services of interest, and any message you include
• WhatsApp contact: your phone number and message content if you contact us on WhatsApp
• Website usage data: if and when we introduce analytics tools (for example IP address, browser type and pages visited). See our Cookie Policy

3. How we use your data and our lawful basis

• Responding to enquiries and booking requests. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, as you started the request
• Delivering services under a contract. Lawful basis: performance of a contract
• Marketing communications, if you opt in. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time
• Website analytics, if and when introduced. Lawful basis: consent through a cookie banner, or legitimate interests, depending on the tool

4. Who we share data with

We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider (which also routes booking and enquiry emails to our inbox) and, if and when enabled, analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions.

5. How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking data that does not lead to a paid engagement is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Data about clients we have worked with is kept for the length of the engagement plus 6 years, in line with UK accounting and tax record keeping requirements.
