incorporated 15 September 2025, "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data

2. What data we collect
- Consultation bookings: name, email, phone number, selected package, preferred date and time, services of interest, and any message you include when booking a call through our contact form
- WhatsApp contact: your phone number and message content if you contact us via WhatsApp
- Website usage data: if and when we introduce analytics tools (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) — see our Cookie Policy
3. How we use your data and our lawful basis
- Responding to enquiries and booking requests — lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to a request you initiated)
- Delivering services under a contract — lawful basis: performance of a contract
- Marketing communications (if you opt in) — lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw this at any time
- Website analytics, if and when introduced — lawful basis: consent (via cookie banner) or legitimate interests, depending on the tool used
4. Who we share data with
We may share data with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, such
as our form processing provider (used to route booking and enquiry submissions to our
inbox), our website hosting provider, and — if and when enabled — analytics or advertising
tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We do not sell personal data. Some providers
may process data outside the UK/EEA; where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards
(e.g. UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions).
5. How long we keep data
Enquiry and booking data that does not lead to a paid engagement is retained for up to 12
months, after which it is deleted. Data relating to clients we've worked with is retained for
the duration of the engagement plus 6 years, in line with standard UK accounting and tax
record-keeping requirements.
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data
